Cost: 1 Essence to activate Also called "breathing in," in which the wereraven causes her Rookery to infuse the solidity of her flesh.

  • Attributes: Dexterity +1, Stamina +1.
  • Advantages: Health +1, Speed +2, Initiative +1.
  • Claw Attack: May inflict 1 Lethal in unarmed combat
  • Foresight: The wereraven's Defense applies even against Firearms attacks, as bursts of precognition drive the defensive action.
  • Leaping Acumen: Though she cannot fly, the wereraven gains increased leaping capability in this form. She adds Primal Urge to all leaping checks, and all jumping distances are calculated as though you'd taken a running jump (Size + four feet per success), even if you're leaping straight up from a dead standstill.
  • Shadow Sight: When in hybrid form, a wereraven can see into Shadow if they are at the site of a Locus of some kind. Many wereravens are not aware of this ability, until they slip into a place of power in their visceral manifestation, and the entire world turns animistically topsy-turvy.

Finally, the visceral manifestation also gains a bonus to uses of Willpower based on the Archetype of the Rookery.

  • Death Crow: When using Willpower on an Empathy or Medicine Skill check, that roll also gains the 9-Agains feature.
  • Raucous Jackdaw: When using Willpower on an Athletics or Larceny Skill check, that roll also gains the 9-Agains feature.
  • Battle Rook: When using Willpower on a Brawl or Weaponry Skill check, that roll also gains the 9-Agains feature.
  • Wise Ravens: When using Willpower on any Perception Skill check, that roll also gains the 9-Agains feature.

Death: At death, a wereraven returns to a normal human form.
