Powers

  • Electrical Attack Powers
Arc Spray:You can generate and project electricity in a damaging arc.
Blackout:You drain and shut down all electric power in an area around you, deactivating all electrical equipment. Unlike an EMP you do not damage or overload equipment, you simply deprive it of power, so things return to normal when the effect ends.
Electrical Control (Blast): You can generate and project electricity for a variety of effects and damage.
Taser:You generate a powerful electrical charge that can stun the nervous system of most creatures or the electrical system of a piece of technology.
  • Electrical Aura: You can surround your body with an aura of electrical energy. Anyone you touch or that touches you must make a Toughness resistance check against your aura’s Damage rank. You can turn your aura on and off at will as a free action.
  • Electrical Resistance: You are largely unaffected by electricity, insulated and able to absorb it. You are an effective insulator: anyone touching you is unaffected by the electricity, as you safely ground it out.
  • Electro-Flight: An electromagnetic field allows you to fly through the air.
  • Electromagnetic Field: field of electromagnetic repulsion surrounds you, deflecting incoming attacks
  • Quick Change: You can change clothes—such as into or out of your costume—as a free action.
