Arm Disability (Persistent/Chronic)
Your arm is injured longterm, causing you to suffer the effects of the Arm Wrack Tilt.
Chronic: If chronic, this Condition is triggered when you fail a Dexterity or Strength based check.
Possible Sources: Aggravated damage to arm or severed arm; chronic muscular or neurological disorders
Resolution: Receive appropriate medical or supernatural treatment.
Beats: Condition prevents performance of an action, or a roll penalized by it fails.
