Constant confusion and distractions. Cannot take extended actions, suffer -2 to all rolls involving perception, concentration, precision.
Possible Sources: Being in a swarm or bombarded by overwhelming sensory input.
Resolution: Getting away from the sensory bombardment. (Note that resolution does not grant a Beat.)
