Teaching a Halfling or small folk community how to defend itself. 3

Common Uses

Power Cost
Gain advantage on a attack roll, ability check or a saving throw. 1
Turn a failed Death Save into a success. 1
Regain the use of an ability that recharges with a Short Rest. (Takes a Bonus Action) 2
Restore a level of Exhaustion. 2

Maithe

Power Cost
Caste Major Image as a 3rd level spell. When cast this way the spell does not use concentration. 1

  • Ignore all obscurement caused by fog and mist.

Cast Crusader's Mantle as a 3rd level spell. When cast this way the spell does not use concentration. 1
