Clarification and Update
The Range Upgrade test in the core rulebook states that this Upgrade may not be activated multiple times, however this is not in keeping with other such powers.
I believe this is a typo - and therefore, the Range Upgrade may be activated any number of times, each time increasing the Range Band of Force Leap by 1.
