The Experience system works a bitt differently in nWoD 2.0.

Experience Costs

  • Merit: 1 Experience per dot
  • Skill Specialty: 1 Experience
  • Skill: 2 Experiences per dot
  • Attribute: 4 Experiences per dot
  • Integrity: 3 Experiences per dot
  • Willpower: 1 Experience per dot

How to Gain a Beat

  • Fulfill an Aspiration
  • Resolve a Condition. (once per scene)
  • If you chose to take a Dramatic Failure. (once per scene)
  • If you take damage in your last (Right most) Health Box.
  • At the end of any game session you gain 1 Beat.
  • As awarded by the ST.

Practical Experience

  • A Practical beat can be spent to recover willpower
