The Astoria Column is a Hallow, rating 3.
Handwritten notes litter the grounds of the Column. Many of them are Tass that can be gathered.
Mages wanting to harvest mana from the Hallow perform the following Oblation.
At 12:00 noon, look at the paintings in the observation room at the top of the Tower. Speak about the history of Astoria.
Mana harvested from the column resonates with Nostalgia.
