The Hotel Regina started out its life as a tavern inn in the 1880s. As time passed and the money moved further and further away from the docks, the Hotel Regina became more of a saloon and flophouse, though a well-beloved one.

Hallow
The Hotel is a Rating 5 Hallow, resonating with Celestial mana. Flowers grow wild here, and extra mana pools in them as Tass. The Oblation for the Hallow is to spend time gazing at the stars at midnight. The roll is Composure + Gnosis.
