Background

• You were raised by the House of Taldiress, the noble family of sorcerer-kings who rule the Empire of the Nine.
• In time, you were accepted into the Spellgard, the elite order of arcane warriors sworn to defend and serve the House of Taldiress. You took the Oath of the Aegis, become one of the guardians of members of House Taldiress.
• Recently, one of the sons of House Taldiress - Beryk Taldiress - has gone missing. He was sent to study at one of the mage academies of Liminal, along with two Spellgard guardians. No one has heard from them in months.

Personal Quests

• The Missing Mageling: You have been sent to the city of Liminal to find Beryk and bring him home. If he needs rescuing, make that happen. If he is dead, you are to act as House Taldiress' hand of vengeance.
