Emerald Parliament

The Emerald Parliament was the Free Council Assembly seated in Seattle and covering Portland. It fell to a Seers of the Throne attack. The Emerald Parliament has recently reformed as an Assembly-in-Exile, based out of Portland.

• The Gate of Gods Addendum: During the attack, Corvian of the Redwood Forum witnessed Citrinas of Magnum Opus killing Topaz, member of unknown position. Siobhann survived the attack. She took refuge at the Hotel Regina briefly, leaving Meredith Roberts in the care of the Fivefold Vigil.
