Seers of the Columbia Tetrarchy (an area encompassing the northwestern United States and southwestern Canada). Like all Seer conspiracies, its building blocks are pylons, the Seer equivalent of cabals.

His body was retrieved, visibly repaired & cast into the waterfront.

• Will "Red" Redfeather, owns Red's Beer & Wine, Carlie's boss and the last person known to have seen Mr. Clement alive.

Eos was able to confirm that someone keeps him mentally shielded, though she was able to punch through it.

• Valentina Cooper, a strung out exotic dancer at Annie's Upper Town Tavern who has been marked as a future victim of a vampire prowling about Astoria. Valentina is older sister & legal guardian to Sophia.
• Sophia Cooper, a bright girl with potential to go far who is the younger sister of Valentina. Sophia's situation gained her the sympathy of Malachite who has secretly set up a college fund for her.
• Robert Henderson, a college frat kid with wealthy parents who's fate as a vampire-snack brought him to the attention of the cabal
