* Simon(Thyrsus Free Council Dreamspeaker, Councilor): Note:  Simon, (named after Simon the Magus),  is meant to represent who Agrippa could have been. He purposefully chooses to not involve himself in the Politics of the City, instead working on his Magical Development. While he is a Councilor, he leaves almost all of his duties to his Provost, instead serving as backup when necessary. He currently works as a professor in Anthropology at PSU, using his magic to avoid the more tedious portions of his job, and so that he only has to teach one class a week.

A cabal of Free Council and younger Mysterium Magi based largely out of Portland State University. Among other factors, they maintain a great deal of influence with KPSU. Politically speaking, Radio Free Portland wields a disproportionate amount of power, counting a Councilor, his Provost and one of the Consilium's Heralds among their number.

Cabal Members

  • Simon: Free Council Leader of the cabal, and its functioning Hearthmaster.
  • Drummer: Simon's apprentice, and the cabal's Farseeker.
