- Entheogenic Communion (•••): The entheogenic shaman is deeply in touch with the strangeness that those who use hallucinogens touch. Those who are thus in touch are often odd, dreaming individuals who seem out of place in normal society. As a result, the magician may purchase Tradition Rotes and dots in the Dream and Occultation Merits using Arcane Experience.
- Ripping the Trip (••••): An entheogenic magician who is in the middle of a trip can instinctually understand the hallucinations that those around her are experiencing. As a result, Sleepers around her that are in the middle of a hallucinogen trip are considered Sleepwalkers for the purpose of determining Paradox when she used Tradition Rotes or improvised magic. Additionally, while experiencing an entheogen trip, the magician gains a +2 dice bonus to all Unveiling Resonance rolls.
- Entheogenic Benefits (•••••): Consuming certain entheogens grant different benefits to the shaman's magic, based on the understood power of the entheogen. In addition to the bonus below, by entheogen, the shaman gains a +2 dice bonus to casting Tradition Rotes and improvised magic while high on the entheogen. Additionally, during a trip, a shaman may make a Dream Merit roll to attempt to grasp a new Tradition Rote from the secrets of the hallucinations she experiences. This is an extended roll using the Dream Merit's normal dice pool, taking one hour per roll during the trip. The highest rated Arcana in the rote cannot exceed the magician's Dream Merit rating.
- Ayahuasca: +1 to Death Arcanum
- Fly Agaric: +1 to Life Arcanum
- Ibogaine: All sympathetic spells directed at the magician suffer an additional -2 penalty, on top of all other penalties.
- LSD: +1 to Prime Arcanum
- Peyote: +1 to Spirit Arcanum
- Psilocybin: +1 to Mind Arcanum
