- Select Attributes: 5/4/3
- Select Abilities: 11/7/4 (+3 Specialties)
- Select Merits: 7 Dots
- Final Touches
- Chose 3 Aspirations
- Chose a Virtue and Vice
- Chose 5 Breaking Points - See Below
- Calculate Derived Statistics.
- Health = Stamina + Size
- Defense = Lowest of Dexterity or Wits
- Initiative Mod = Dexterity + Composure
- Speed = Strength + Dexterity + 5
- Starting Integrity = 7
Restricted Merits
The following Merit are Restricted and may not be taken at character creation in When the Angels Fall.
- Mental Merits
- Eye for the Strange
- Social Merits
- Allies 3+
- Fame 2+
- Mystery Cult Initiation
- Resources 5
- Status 3+
- Any Supernatural Merits except the following.
- Mind of a Madman
- Unseen Sense
Breaking Points
- What is the Worst thing your Character has ever done?
- What is the Worst thing your character can imagine himself doing?
- What is the Worst thing your character can imagine someone else doing?
- What has the character forgotten?
- What is the most traumatic thing that has ever happened to the character?
