Naos Group: Special Projects Division
- Alfonso Valencia, the Director of Special Projects. Alfonso is a former agent for InterPol, and still maintains extensive connections in the world of espionage.
- Sambethe Fatemi, a young Persian seeress who works as Valencia's assistant and second-in-command.
- Claude Madden, a pilot assigned to the Special Projects Division. He is United States Air Force trained and quite the hot-dog. He is responsible for flying the team from place to place using hired aircraft.
- Naser Arbnori, an Albanian UN-trained field medic specializing in combat wounds.
- Miriam Abraham, an American lawyer trained in international law.
- Yarok Kostov, a Spetznaz-trained soldier who served in black ops after the fall of the USSR, employed to work on combat training with the Special Projects agents.
