- Alfonso Valencia, Director of Special Projects. Alfonso is a former agent for InterPol, and still maintains extensive connections in the world of espionage.
- Sambethe Fatemi, Assistant Director of Special Projects. A young Persian seeress who works as Valencia's assistant and second-in-command.
- Claude Madden, Pilot, Special Projects. He is United States Air Force trained and quite the hot-dog. He is responsible for flying the team from place to place using hired aircraft.
