The Delann rebels are a small faction of Delann wood elves who have thrown their lot in with the shifter tribes of the Delannwood, offering to aid them in fighting off the incursions from the Empire of Tamous. They are known as "rebels" because their actions are in defiance of the river-queen's edict that her people not engage with the Tamousan military.
Notable Rebels
- Lady Astra: The first of the rebels, the Lady Astra has inspired others of her kin to take up arms in support of the shifters.
