Special Rules and Updates

Damage

The Damage potential of this Power at its maximum capability is, frankly, excessive (Base 40 Damage). Basically it allows the Jedi to hit multiple targets with the Force of a Capital Scale Starship. Now while thats cool it is, in no way, balanced in comparison to the rest of the Force Powers, or frankly any other Personal Scale weapon. Therefore the following special rules apply:

The Damage of this Attack is now 5 at Silhouette 0. Instead of using the Standard Range Attack Difficulties, the Silhouette of the Object being thrown is used. Range Defense and Aiming apply as normal.

The Strength Upgrade now increases the damage by 5 per Silhouette (down from 10). As an example, if you throw a Silhouette 2 object at a target, it would do 15 Damage (5 Base + 5 Silhouette 1 + 5 Silhouette 2). Your Target(s) may apply their Soak to this Damage.

The Magnitude Upgrade can be activated for 1 Force Result allowing you to hit additional targets equal to your Ranks in the Magnitude Upgrade. However, you must roll your Attack against the highest Range Defense of the targets you wish to affect. If your attack is successful, you hit the First Target, and then may assign addition Hit Results as Hits against additional Targets, up to the number of Magnitude Upgrades Purchased. A Target only suffers Damage if you assign at least 1 Hit to that target.

If you employ the Strength Upgrade to attack with a Silhouette 3 object, your attack gains the Blast(7) Weapon Quality, which activates automatically, and hits all characters (friend or foe) that are Engaged with your Target. If you attack with a Silhouette 4 object, your attack gains the Blast(15) Weapon Quality, which activates automatically, and hits all Characters (friend or foe) that are at Short Range of your Target. In addition, attacks made at a Silhouette are considered to be of that Silhouette, meaning that at Silhouette 3 or 4, you increase the Difficulty of the attack by 1.
