Plea to the Elements
O Fiery Resplendence, whose fearsome ire
was revealed to us in light and fire,
we beseech you: show us mortals mercy
and in your wrath only curse he
who kept you for so long in your prison.
Now that you at last have risen
like a phoenix, please these mortals spare
from your magnificent fiery glare.
We beg you, reserve your terrible hate
for the one who chained you, Sedaris Saet.
Birthday Poem to the Princess Shinara
Oh glorious Princess, beloved by all,
we tracked the one who had the gall
to take you from us, and witnessed his fall.
We brought you home, whole and free,
and offer you this effigy.
Destroy it now and behold our glee
as your enemies burn by your decree.
