The Far-Seeing Eye (F7)
Fine Ground Glass Goods
- The exterior of the tent is a simple blue and white affair, with long strands of glass beads hung over and to either side of the entrance. They catch the light and make merry tinkling sounds in the breeze.
- The interior of the tent features a simple set of glass-fronted cabinets with examples of their wares within. A bespectacled old Chondathan man greets everyone within, and wields the set of keys that open the various cabinets.
- Glass Wares: The goods on display include the following:
- Spectacles: 7gp per pair
- Spyglass: 850gp
- Magnifying Glasses: 25gp for a small glass, 80gp for a large glass, 100gp for both
Candlekeep (F8)
Great Library • Western Heartlands
- A modest tent of simple green-and-dun squares, with a small miniature pair of the lions found along the road to Candlekeep sitting guard out front. Magical detection indicates that these beasts are in fact enchanted (they are golems, used for security).
- The interior of the tent has been turned into a reading library, with a virtual maze of free-standing bookshelves, with a handful of stools and benches here and there for sitting and perusing. The library is focused on topics of arcane lore, with a smattering of history and religious lore (focused around the Gods of Art).
- Visitors are welcomed to read all they like, and are told of the methods for gaining entry into Candlekeep should they so desire.
Tomes of Candlekeep (F9)
- A plain canvas tent, dyed a greenish-grey the color of lichen, this tent has a pair of small stone lions that flank its entrance, carved in the same style as the lions that line the road to Candlekeep.
- Within, the shelves are pleasingly laden with the finely-bound books that are the special collections of writing of Candlekeep's finest sages over the decades. Each book in the collection collects the writings of that year's sages, and there are several hundred years worth of such collections to choose from.
- Works: Tomes of Candlekeep brings a vast trove of lore with them, in two forms. The first are copies of books from the Candlekeep library. The second are the Works of the Avowed, collections of writings of the Avowed of Candlekeep, covering a wide and esoteric variety of topics, organized by year.
