Black Moon
The New Moon is a time of darkness and stealth, secrets and stalking.
Effects: If you are attacking someone from surprise, they cannot make any sound. This continues until a turn passes in which you do not successfully strike them. You lose 10-Agains in well-lit areas.
Cause: Instilled with the resonance of the new moon.
End: Loss of resonance.
