Person of Interest (Persistent)
For whatever reason, you are a person of interest to the police, FBI, or other bureau of law enforcement. They are watching you, overtly, covertly, or both, because they suspect there is more to you than is obvious...or more than you're telling. They will pay attention to you until they are convinced you are innocent; resolve this Condition when you either prove your innocence (if you are innocent) or throw them off the scent (if you aren't). This Condition may also simply go away after at least one Chapter, due to reallocation of resources and other priorities cropping up, but this does not resolve the Condition.
Possible Sources: Being looked into closely by the police or other law enforcement.
Resolution: Throw watchers off your scent, or prove that you are innocent.
Beats: Watchers show up making life awkward or difficult.
