Carter Ennis, Owner
The gruff and no-nonsense owner of the Wet Dog Cafe, Carter is a former rancher. Though he seems occasionally bitter about having to sell his ranch and move into town, it's clear that he loves his cafe, and enjoys entertaining tourists and the like with his tales of local history and urban legend.
