  • The Cursed Blade (1): Inn (Squalid to Poor). A timber-framed building with a large cellar, the Cursed Blade has a few private rooms, but mostly provides accommodations in the form of wooden cots in its cellars. Well regarded for its "oats and bitter," a porridge-and-beer meal, and the occasional stewed mutton and radishes dish it serves.
  • The Silver Athanor (2): Alchemist. One of the oldest businesses in the Visitor's District, the Silver Athanor employs multiple alchemists and their apprentices.
  • Stoneybrook House (3): Domicile of Inilul the Mercane. The opulent estate maintained by one of the two mercane in Refuge. Inilul prefers the Visitor's District for their dwelling place, and frequently entertains all manner of guests, day and night.
  • Fairbridge Tavern (4): Tavern (Poor to Modest). A small tavern made up of a larger building connected to a smaller via an over-the-street bridge, the Fairbridge is a good place to both find new crewmates and to meet shady figures of all sorts.
  • Brovelard's Supplies (5): Shipboard Supplies Merchant.
  • Ilphera's Boarding House (6): Boarding House (Modest to Comfortable).
  • The Harper & Flagon (7): Inn (Modest). A dwarf-run establishment (a dwarrow-matron named Thrinarv runs the place), this inn is a timber framed building with leaded glass windows. It has several small but private rooms, which share hearths, making it quite comfortable indeed. The Harper & Flagon is known for its pheasant-and-cabbage stew, its platters of boiled onion and mutton, and the strength of its ale and perry.
  • Offices of the Imperial Elven Navy (8): Military Outpost.
  • The Broken Shield (9): Inn (Comfortable). An inn run by a holy woman dedicated to Eldath, the Broken Shield is a stone structure several stories in height, notably for its several panes of stained glass windows, its elf-made furnishings, and the comfort of its wool-and-feather beds. It also maintains a large bathhouse available to guests. The Shield's cook Midlana is adored for her baked skaaver-and-leeks, her braised garlic chicken, and her strawberry tarts, and its bar is noted for the fineness of its mead, wine, and port.
  • Tower of Arventroum (10): Mage Tower. A lizardfolk mage of some power, Arventroum has trained a great many spelljamming wizards and other spellcasters in this sphere. His apprenticeship prices are light, compared to many wizards, which he makes up by "renting" his apprentices out as spelljamming mages to those who have business in-sphere. He also teaches spelljamming skills to magicians for a fair price.
  • The House of the Crescent (11): Temple to Selûne. The local temple of the Selûnite Wildspace Orthodoxy is a busy place, with many pilgrims seeking permission to approach the temple-city on the moon of Selûne proper. The temple itself provides pilgrims' shuttles to the temple-city, as well. Folk can find training in astrogation here as well.
