A cabal of Free Council and younger Mysterium Magi based largely out of Portland State University. Among other factors, they maintain a great deal of influence with KPSU. Politically speaking, Radio Free Portland wields a disproportionate amount of power, counting a Councilor, his Provost and one of the Consilium's Heralds among their number.
Cabal Members
- Simon: Free Council Leader of the cabal, and its functioning Hearthmaster.
- Drummer: Simon's apprentice, and the cabal's Farseeker.
- Freeman: A physicist and Free Councilor, as well as functioning as the cabal's Edgetender.
- Artemis: A young Mysterium witch who serves as Lorekeeper for the cabal.
The cabal has declined to use a Doorwarden, agreeing that such a task falls to them all as a cabal.
