Wanted: Artanial the Cutpurse
Reward: 150 gold pieces
Let it be known that the right & true Lords of Waterdeep and their servants the Magistrates of Waterdeep have declared that Artanial the Cutpurse, lately of the South Ward, is hereby remanded for seizure and arrest within the city of Waterdeep.
Let all law-abiding citizens remain on the watch for Artanial, who is described as moustachioed, with a head of long hair the color of chestnuts. He is wanted for many incidences of theft of personages without their awareness, per his moniker.
He is also wanted for evasion of the Watch and Guard, for damage to personal properties in his get-away attempts and for the infliction of injury to members of the Watch and private citizens giving pursuit through the use of caltrops and assorted obstacles.
Let those who would pursue him know that he is fast and mobile, moving as quickly up walls as others do move across streets. He does not offer violence, but does leave inhibitions to chase in his wake, and has led more than one thief-taker into traps he has set up previous.
Wanted: Demisante
Reward: 75 gold pieces
Let it be known that the right & true Lords of Waterdeep and their servants the Magistrates of Waterdeep have declared that Demisante the Half-Elf is hereby remanded for seizure and arrest within the city of Waterdeep.
She is wanted for evasion of justice, having been properly sentenced before the Magistrates of Waterdeep, but before her sentence could be enacted, she was rescued by nefarious persons that assaulted the Watch who were escorting her to the city dungeons.
Let those who would pursue her know that she is clever and a wizard as well as thief, armed with myriad spells of lower power that she applies with cunning. She will offer up magical violence before physical, but only does so if cornered. She is also accompanied by her serpent familiar, which often delivers her spells through its bite. She is blonde of hair and tends to wear plain clothing; she is also well-known for wearing a holy symbol of the goddess Lurue.
Wanted: The Thief of Crowns
Reward: 300 gold pieces + Myriad Private Rewards Offered
Let it be known that the right & true Lords of Waterdeep and their servants the Magistrates of Waterdeep have declared that the person whose name is not known, but is called the Thief of Crowns, is hereby remanded for seizure and arrest within the city of Waterdeep.
He is wanted for burglary first and foremost of ambassadors and important political visitors from other realms to Waterdeep. He favors these targets, infiltrating their residences and making away with the whole of their precious belongings, leaving behind him a paper crown of folded paper as his marker. He is also wanted for murder, in particular the garotting of guards set to watch over those noble guests, and others who may have discovered him at work.
Let those who pursue him know that no one has seen his face, though his victims (interviewed by clerical magics) claim that he goes cloaked and masked, and is a thin man or half-elf of below-average height. He dresses in black and leather buckskins, with tall boots that have knives tucked into them.
Let it be known that not only does the Lords' Court offer this reward, but there are also myriad rewards from those against whom the Thief of Crowns has trespassed against. These are in the possession of the Watch's accountancy.
