• With one minute of public performance, Harpers can potentially summon someone who knows the Harper emergency signs, and be in a position to lend a hand.
• This assistance is rarely combat-capable assistance. Instead, they are usually Watchers who know the signs and who can provide distractions, shelter, a hiding place, a message delivered, or an escape route.
