Emerald Dream

The Free Councilors who form Emerald Dream believe that the territory of Seattle itself has no real meaning to the Awakened - it is the "nation" of the Emerald Parliament, what they represented and what they did, that truly matters. They believe that the most important thing in recovering from the Siege isn't recovering Seattle, but returning to as normal and full an operation as possible, to prevent the losses again.

Cabal Members

• Cognos: A veritable "revered elder statesman" of the Parliament, Cognos is both Lorekeeper and Hearthmaster for his cabal.
• Cairne: A young programmer from Redmond who serves as the cabal's Farseeker and Doorwarden.
• Dr. John Dee: Called "Doc" by most of the Free Councilors, Dee is crotchety and does not suffer fools gladly. A resident of Portland, Dee joined the Emerald Dream after they formed. He acts as Edgetender for the cabal.
• Mother Jones: Freecouncil Acanthus. She was a Political Speaker and Activist up in Seattle. Since the fall of Seattle she has been working with Emerald Dream to try and get the Assembly settled in. Also goes by Mary.
