- Sambethe Fatemi, Assistant Director of Special Projects. A young Persian seeress who works as Valencia's assistant and second-in-command.
- Claude Madden, Pilot, Special Projects. He is United States Air Force trained and quite the hot-dog. He is responsible for flying the team from place to place using hired aircraft.
- Naser Arbnori, Medic, Special Projects. An Albanian UN-trained field medic specializing in combat wounds.
- Miriam Abraham, Attorney, Special Projects. An American lawyer trained in international law.
- Yarok Kostov, Combat Instructor, Special Projects. A Spetznaz-trained soldier who served in black ops after the fall of the USSR, employed to work on combat training with the Special Projects agents.
