Thevaqan Weapons

• Chakram Bracer: A specially-crafted chakram and bracer designed with thevaqan patterns that cause them to bear immense sympathy for one another. The chakram is usually mounted to the bracer, and may be used as a buckler when so. It can be easily plucked from the bracer's setting and thrown as a normal attack. Then as a xxx action, the wielder may activate a charge from his bracer's gem-bank, causing the chakram to fly back to his bracer's mounting as though by magic.
