Sijan

The most famous necropolis in all Creation. A large city dedicated to the dead, the Avarice River is to its South, its West is dominated by great marshlands and its North by the giant wooded Shadowland called the Black Chase.

Sijan is unique amongs the Scavenger Lands for being historically neutral in conflicts, though the Deathlords wield great influence. They are a symbol of respect for the dead, and the concerns of the living are not theirs.
