Urban Collapse
Effects: The ground, walls, and floor are unstable, and fall apart with impact or interaction. If you move more than half your Speed in a turn, you must succeed in a reflexive Dexterity + Athletics -3 or suffer three points of bashing damage and the Knocked Down Tilt.
If you take a -2 penalty to an attack or similar interaction, you can force a target to make the above check or suffer the Tilt.
Dramatic failures on Physical tests result in full collapse! You take five points of bashing damage, and are trapped under a mass of rubble. Removing the rubble takes a Strength + Stamina -5 check, with failures inflicting additional points of bashing damage on the one so trapped.
Cause: In a run-down environment, the first exceptional success or dramatic failure on a Physical action may result in this Tilt.
End: Ends with the scene, or escape from that environment.
