Controlled

This Condition is a halfway measure between possession and becoming spirit-claimed. It has no specific mechanics involved, other than making it possible for ephemeral entities to attempt use of the Claiming Manifestation upon the target. Possible Sources: Character is targeted by a number of instances of the Possession Condition equal to their Willpower or the Willpower of the possessing entity, whichever is greater. Resolution: Character is subjected to an exorcism, or to contact with the entity's bane. This reverts them to the Open Condition.
