• 39 – The Warrens – Both the roughest and the poorest neighborhood in Avennar. The City Watch will not enter this neighborhood under most circumstances. Multiple entrances to the under city exist here along with a several smugglers routes to the beach below.
• 40 – The Red Roof – A Brothel popular with Sailors and Locals.
• 41 – The Thorn and Thistle – A rough tavern frequented by a mixture of sailors and residents of Cliff side.

South of the Hallor Way, East of the Zargon Way

• 35 – Blushing Corpse Tavern – An out of the way tavern near the necropolis, that is popular with the Minstrels of the city.
