Sofia Warren

Sofia Warren is Mr. Warren's niece who has recently appeared in Astoria having completed her service in the Navy. She is a member of Wai Chi's cabal and states that her group has already laid claim to the Hotel Regina, which she is now pursuing legal ownership of via Wrightley Flavel.
