Cascade Signet

The Cascade Signet is located in Portland, and acts as the rightful Caucus for all the thearchs of Oregon and Washington states. Each proper member of the Caucus is given a signet ring showing a stylized waterfall pouring from an upturned chalice. Each member of the Caucus is also assumed to be aiding in Cascade Projects Unlimited, a non-profit organization set up by Persephone as a cryptopoly to benefit all of the Silver Ladder. Only those who have established other cryptopolies are exempt from lending their aid to this endeavor.

Caucus House

The Cascade Signet meets in a large penthouse suite, a massive, open and airy room surrounded on all sides by windows, dominated by a board-room style table that can seat up to fifty people, with the ability to set up audience-style seating around the table as well. This penthouse is noted as the headquarters of Cascade Projects Unlimited.

Gatherings

The Cascade Signet gathers once a week, on Wednesday evenings, to discuss Caucus business. While attendance is not strictly mandatory, it is expected that members of the Caucus will manage to attend most of these meetins.
