Hunted (Persistent)

You are pursued by an entity, person, or group that poses a threat to you. On any scene in which you encounter them, you take a -2 to all dice pools that do not involve escaping them. Possible Sources: Becoming alerted to the fact you are being hunted. Resolution: Your hunters are stopped. Beats: Your hunters make themselves known to you in a scene, or you discover signs of their presence.
