Supernal Fury (Arcane)

Your Awakened soul has been suffused with Spirit magic gone wrong, and it infuriates spirits and other denizens of Shadow. The use of any item has an equipment penalty equal to your Spirit rating. A dramatic failure on a test with such a penalty causes the item to break, as its spirit flees in anger. Additionally, social dealings with spirits receive a penalty equal to your Spirit rating as long as you are present for them, and a dramatic failure angers the spirits so much that they attack.Finally, lose two dice from all spellcasting rolls for the Spirit Arcanum; you may negate this penalty by spending 1 Mana. Possible Sources: Dramatic Failure on a Spirit arcanum spellcasting roll Resolution: Gain an exceptional success on a Spirit arcanum spellcasting roll; resolve this Condition instead of taking another Condition. Arcane Beats: Anytime this Condition causes you to fail a test, destroy equipment or fail the spellcasting roll from the Spirit arcanum, take an Arcane Beat (maximum of 1 Beat per scene).
