Constant confusion and distractions. Cannot take extended actions, suffer -2 to all rolls involving perception, concentration, precision. Possible Sources: Focusing overmuch on something other than what is happening immediately. Resolution: Time spent with whatever it is that distracts you, causing difficulties with your other obligations or goals.
