Thaumaturge Background

This Background may be purchased once per individual Thaumaturgy Art. Each dot in the Background grants four dots worth of Procedures, though the character may not purchase Procedures of a higher level than his rating in the appropriate Specialty.

Once the character has 5 dots in the Thaumaturge Background, additional Procedures in that Art may be purchased at a rate of 1xp per dot in the Procedure.
