Tactics: Aola prefers to approach combat in the following way:

  • Pre-Combat: Aola prefers to always have the mobility of her Cirrus Skiff available anytime hostilities threaten. Given any kind of preparation, she will attempt to hide in the sun or low-lying clouds in order to get the drop on her opponents via stealth. She will also often have an appropriate demon servant handy, depending on what kind of support she feels she might need in the coming battle.
  • Join Battle:
  • First Action: Having attained a superior position in the sky above her opponent, preferably without their knowledge, Aola will begin an attack flurry. Using her Spear Sling, she quickly flicks up to three Perfect Javelins out towards her target. A dramatic clap of thunder often accompanies her following Air Bolt Attack, disorienting her targets with buffeting winds and thunder. Aola often laughs maniacally as she slips away once again into the sky, using a combination of abilities to manipulate the winds to cover her Re-establishing surprise.
  • Second Action: Always on the lookout to improve the efficency of tactics via coordinated attacks, Aola takes a moment to survey the battlefield and calls back her Air Bolt via Loyal Weapon. Aola then selects either the same target or another appropriate victim, using her skiff to quickly achieve a perfect attack angle before flinging another javelin and the hovering Air Bolt. In a minor cloudburst or weak whirlwind, Aola is gone again, having reestablished surprise. Aren't you paying attention?
  • [Contingency]: Aola will avoid face to face confrontations whenever possible, and prefers to use her superior mobility and vantage to assist her brotherhood with coordinated attacks and support.
