- Commodore Cregmun Typho, the Imperial Navy Commodore of the Halo Frontier System Force, the portion of the Imperial fleet stationed in the Halo Frontier. He has offices and a residence aboard Halo Station, though he is rarely there.
- Camyalani Berav, an education magnate who is part of the Halo Board. Wealthy human oligarch who runs academies and schools throughout the Sector, and has university connections.
- Darrard Grik, the Associate Chairman of the Halo Station Proletariat and part of the Halo Board. A besalisk who is leadership in the Halo Station laborer's union.
- Kai Pers'Av, the Representative of the Worldseeker Corporation to the Halo Board. A bothan representative of a corporation that focuses on exploration and frontier projects.
- Kom'men Yunnbana, an entertainment magnate who is part of the Halo Board. A twi'lek who owns nightlife and casino ventures throughout the Frontier, as well as an extremely posh cruise line.
- Lesla Bille, the Vicar-Emissary of Gandria to the Halo Board. A duros priest of the Sokrinti Disorthodoxy, the theocracy of Gandria.
- Nelaub Aronn, the Ambassador from the Lekanton Sovereignty to the Halo Board. A chevin ambassador from the (mostly rodian) slave-owning nation of Lekanton.
- Nonis Korraay, the Representative from the Tiliq Mining Consortium to Halo Board. A human corporate emissary for the biggest mining corporation in the Frontier.
- Redarr Janray, the Representative of the Houses of Kobagari to the Halo Board. A (presumed human) masked delegate from the mask-wearing nobles of the Kobagari nobility.
- S'xaro, the Vice-President of Slayn & Korpril to the Halo Board. A verpine corporate vice-president for the biggest tech corporation in the Frontier, a verpine hive-corporation.
Group
- The Halo Board, the governing council that runs Halo Station.
- The Voidfang Syndicate, the largest but far from the only criminal syndicate in the Frontier. Rumored to have connections to one of the larger galactic syndicates (Black Sun, Crimson Dawn, Hutt cartels, or similar).
