A semi-famous French actress & painter who rents a home in Astoria. She is a bit of a recluse & very eclectic; she also disdained the taking on of a patron, equating it to prostitution. She maintains a healthy vodka & cocaine addiction.

Notes

• Charline is one of the invited guests to Wrightley Flavel's exclusive Christmas party in 2010. Though she had been invited & declined to attend the previous two years, she had decided to go in 2010.
• Malachite managed to pay off Charline's hired bodyguard for the party & instead insinuated himself into her employ for the occasion.
