Effulgent Brilliance

The Illuminated met Effulgent Brilliance by chance, when they stumbled into the old manse he was bound to. Originally drawn there to track down and destroy the rogue demon infestation, the Solars woke Brilliance through actions taken in the Hearthstone chamber.

• Brilliance appeared angry at first, but then recognized that Red Hand's exaltation was the same as the Garda Emperor, and thus, Red Hand was his master.
• The Garda quickly destroyed the remaining demons, and spoke at length with the party, Red Hand in particular.
• Much was learned about the manse, and the history of the Dehennan people in the First Age.
• Red requested that Effulgent Brilliance continue his duties as a guardian, and to bar entrance to anyone other than him, his Circle, and their guests.
