Keeper of the Arch, the Master of the Crossroads

• Ruined, abandoned Arch
• Master of passageways and land-travel.
• Badge: A heavy pewter ring carved with a rat's head, with red glass eyes.
• Agents: The Rats, literally the rats that dwell in UnderLondon. A few of the Keeper of the Arch's agents develop beady black eyes and the ability to speak with the ArchKeeper's rats; these agents are just called "Rats" as well.

Mantle

The Keeper of the Arch has his Rats, first and foremost - every rat down in the tunnels of UnderLondon (and many in London Above, as well) are his loyal and devoted slaves. His Agents are also referred to as Rats, as many of them develop twitchy habits, beady black eyes adn the ability to speak with the Keeper of the Arch's rats as well.
