The Owl of Old Town is an omen bird that dwells in the Shadow of the Old Town region of Astoria. The bird was questioned by Serafina shortly after the Fivefold Vigil had arrived in town and had started investigating the Hotel Regina and missing investigator. The owl spirit was thanked by Serafina when she transformed a dandelion into a mouse & fed the poor confused creature to the spirit.
