The Riverboat Captain

A spirit residing within the Flavel House Museum. He appears as a classical iconic sea captain, constantly puffing on his pipe & watching over his domain from a window within the Shadow of the museum. He is polite enough & seems rather understanding. Serafina had gained his notice when she had drawn mana from the foci within the museum. He was a little upset at the breach of etiquette, but understanding when she explained that she was new.
