The Puget Sound Research Institute

Formerly from Seattle, this cabal was responsible for maintaining the primary Seattle Lore house in addition to conducting a wide variety of magical research. It is well-known that they lost more than half of their eight-man cabal in the Siege. Currently the Cabal is focused on the recovery of the Lorehouse, and the preservation of what knowledge they still have in their possession.

Cabal Members

• Babel: Acting as both Edgetender and Lorekeeper (a duty he shares with his wife, Rosetta), Babel is an expert in codes.
• Rosetta: Rosetta is an acknowledged linguistics expert, and acts as Hearthmaster and Lorekeeper for her cabal.
• Wanderer: Many of Portland's magi assume that Wanderer's "spaciness" is because of trauma from the Siege. In truth, though, he is simply one of the Dreamspeakers legacy, and functions quite adeptly as Doorwarden and Farseeker for his cabal.
