- Mirt's Mansion (1): The residence of Mirt, a well-known merchant and former adventurer of quite rich means. He mostly invests in others' endeavors these days. The mansion is a well-known landmark around the Castle Ward's docks.
- Rental Villa (2): A villa owned by Mirt, it used to be his home before he built his mansion. He now rents it out to those with the means (Wealthy Lifestyle).
- Peaceful Welcome (7): A small one-story boarding house that offers small quarters to "good, industrious folk," according to its owner, a former priest of Ilmater named Tyvis of the Rack. (Poor Lifestyle)
